Goings on in the studio. Prepping for the slew of shows I have set myself up for in September. For now it's make make make... we'll see how I feel when September rolls around! Recently finished up this black and White House portrait for a client. The first BW one I’ve done. It was fun to focus more time on getting the lines and shading right. Kiln unloading. Find these wares at the @ruthmeremuseum tomorrow from 10-3! Me and other potters from @indianaclayorg will be there 💚 Submitted a few pots to be considered for a gallery, so I figured I'd post them here as well! I’m back after some time away. Spent a week at @driftcreekcamp as camp pastor for high school week. A soul filling experience! @eric.kaufma and I taught a clay camp at @goshencollege last week. This was my first time teaching a long class like this at this age range and it was great. Learning happened for me and the students! Something about teaching how to do something I think makes you better at it. New wagon braggin. Snapshots. Pots drying in the sun. Woodfiring this weekend with @sadiemisiukceramics, @norahruthpotter, @riverwoodpottery, and @jaded.clay. Plus a few more I’m sure! The @potterpauls x @bee.the.band sale/concert collab was a huge success! Magnets! Galore! This guy will be at my backyard sale! I’m thinking Gerald as his name, soft G.
